The Discipline of Consistency

People always ask me what the secret is. They want the workout hack, the supplement stack, the perfect meal plan. And I get it. We all want the shortcut. But the real answer is boring: just keep showing up.
I've had weeks where everything felt off. The weights felt heavy, the food tasted bland, sleep was trash. But I still walked into the gym. I still prepped my meals. I still got to bed on time. Not because I was motivated. Because I made a decision a long time ago that this is who I am.
Consistency isn't glamorous. Nobody posts about the Tuesday morning where you dragged yourself out of bed at 5 AM and did a mediocre workout. But those Tuesdays are what build champions. The days you don't feel like it are the days that count the most.
Here's what I've learned: motivation comes and goes like the weather. You can't control it. But discipline is a muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it gets. Start small. Pick one thing and do it every single day for 30 days. Don't negotiate with yourself. Just do it.
A year from now, you'll look back and realize that the gap between where you are and where you want to be was never about talent or genetics. It was about the reps you were willing to put in when nobody was watching.
